John,

It’s time for the Senate to act to protect access to safe and legal abortions.

Our state legislature here in Texas has done all it could to restrict access to abortions, and in less than two weeks, their radical trigger law, which will make performing abortion a felony, will go into effect.

It’s on Congress to protect Texas women and the right to choose.

Colin and his Democratic House colleagues recently passed the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would codify Roe’s protections into federal law. Now it’s time for the Senate to send that bill to President Biden’s desk.

We need 10,000 supporters to sign our petition demanding that the Senate pass this bill and defend the fundamental rights of American women.

We cannot wait to get this done. Women in Texas and across America are already facing the devastating effects of the radical Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe. We need to show them that Colin and our whole team will always work to protect their rights.

Colin won’t stop fighting against these radical efforts to take us backward. Will you join him by adding your name to our petition calling on the Senate to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act?

Thank you for standing with us.
