Two-thirds of Americans want Supreme Court justices to have term limits.

That’s right. The overwhelming majority of Americans don’t believe that unelected jurists should have life tenure on the Supreme Court. And I agree with them.

That’s why I introduced the Supreme Court Tenure Establishment and Retirement Modernization (TERM) Act. My bill will limit the terms of justices to 18 years, so that the court can keep up with the Americans it serves.

But John, I’m being attacked from the right as I build support for my court reform package, so I’m asking you to help me out with a donation.
