John — here’s what my whiteboard says today:

Yep, that’s right. In 2016, Maggie Hassan won her Senate race by just 1,017 votes, one of the tightest margins in the country. And this year, she’s facing another incredibly close race. Republicans are already spending over $25 million in dark money to try to elect one of her extreme anti-choice opponents.

Maggie is a fighter, and she’s won tough races before (again, just look at those 1,017 votes) but she’s going to need our help if she’s got any shot at keeping this seat. So I’m hoping you’ll stand with me in supporting Maggie and give just $3 to help her win this November.

Her narrow victory in 2016 helped us win the Senate majority in 2020—and Democrats just won’t keep our razor-thin majority if Maggie doesn’t win again, John. With access to reproductive health care on the line, it’s more important than ever that Democrats hold Congress and prevent Republicans from passing a nationwide abortion ban.

We need Maggie in the Senate, and we all need to work together to make that happen.

Thanks for all that you do,
