In 2018, Republican Martha McSally lost her Senate race. Arizona voters rejected her -- soundly. But that didn't stop Mitch McConnell from cherry-picking her to fill John McCain's seat, where she sits right now.

It's another example of the GOP flat-out ignoring the will of the voters when an election doesn't go their way. But here's the good news: We've got an incredible Democrat (Mark Kelly!) running against her. With our help, Arizona voters are going to reject Sen. McSally once again.

Sen. McSally's seat is one of our top pick-up opportunities -- and remember, we need to win just three seats to take back the Senate. But if Mark's going to win, we need to make sure he finishes out this fundraising quarter strong.

Mark's got an incredible story. He's a U.S. Navy captain turned engineer and astronaut. And when his wife, former Rep. Gabby Giffords, was shot in an attempted assassination, he became one of our nation's leading voices for gun safety.

Now, he's running for Senate to fight for safer communities, health care for all, an economy that works for everyone, and so much more. But it's up to us to make sure the next chapter in his story is titled "Senator" -- one where we elect Mark, take back the Senate, and once again have a government working to create a better nation for all of us.

Republican smears against Mark have already started -- you can bet they'll spend BIG against him this entire election.
