John,
I wanted to make sure you saw Deborah’s email about expanding our Voter Engagement Campaign and make sure we’re reaching as many people as possible before November’s election.
This November will determine whether we invest adequately in child care, health care, and other critically needed programs. These investments could not be more important—and we all need to work together to make sure that voters, especially those with low incomes and people of color, are able to get to the polls and make their voices heard.
Read more about our voter engagement strategy below, then chip in $5 today to help ensure every eligible voter—particularly low-income voters and communities of color—are able to vote.

-- DEBORAH'S EMAIL --
John,
Since the 2020 election, 19 states have passed voter suppression bills. We know these bills disproportionately impact the most marginalized communities—communities of color, low-income communities, LGBTQ+ communities, and rural communities.
We have so much at stake this November and the elections will make a huge impact in deciding the path forward. Elections at every level will determine whether to invest in education, housing, health care and many other critically needed programs, and whether the right to vote will be protected.
At the Coalition on Human Needs, we’ve expanded our Voter Engagement Team and are recruiting volunteers from all over the country to contact eligible voters in states such as Georgia, Pennsylvania and Florida to make sure they’re able to have their voices heard at the ballot box.
This is vitally important work and we can’t do it without your support.
Help expand our reach and make sure communities of color, low-income communities, LGBTQ+ communities, and rural communities are able to vote in this year’s critical midterm election. Contribute $5 so we can reach even more eligible voters and ensure they’re able to exercise their Constitutional right to vote this November.
