Primary Election Victories Throughout the Country
The Collective PAC celebrated the primary victories of our endorsed Maryland candidates in July.
We celebrated Wes Moore winning his gubernatorial primary, bringing him one step closer to making history as Maryland’s first Black governor.
July Endorsements
The Collective PAC endorsed Gary Chambers for the U.S. Senate from Louisiana and two additional candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives: Adam Hollier in Michigan and Iroghama Omere in Texas. The Collective PAC also endorsed a slate of candidates for state and local offices in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington.
With the November general election just a few months away, we also endorsed state and local candidates in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Georgia, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas.
#BetOnBlack, Candidate Video Series
The Collective PAC released new installments of our #BetOnBlack candidate video series. We featured New York Attorney General Letitia James, who are both running for re-election; Deidre DeJear who is running to become Iowa’s first Black governor; and Jevin Hodge and Steven Horsford who are running for the U.S. House of Representatives in Arizona and Nevada.
We’re Building a Pipeline of Black Political Talent
As our nation and communities become increasingly multicultural and multi-racial, staff leading campaign messaging and strategy must also reflect the growing diversity of our electorate - and that requires intentionality. It is critical to have Black campaign leaders and staff who are familiar with the interests and needs of voters, and who can help Black candidates connect authentically with the communities they are working to represent.
To this end, The Collective PAC is proud to have launched our Campaign Jobs Board to provide greater opportunities for diverse and dynamic talent to support and work with our endorsed candidates. To view the available campaign jobs submitted by our candidates click here.
