Our children are our future. Yet, our divided education system is leaving children of color and children from working class backgrounds behind. Because we are not prioritizing our students, we are missing out on potential doctors, scientists, and leaders in all fields.

I have spent my life serving my community as an educator and principal, and I have seen first hand the impacts of our current system, which corrodes children’s curiosity, self-worth, intelligence, and dignity. It is from this experience that I have built my campaign.
