What would it take for you to attack a military veteran for having adopted a special needs daughter?

If your name is Chuck Grassley or you’re a “reporter” working for Fox News, apparently that person just has to be a Democrat running against you for Senate. Because that’s exactly what they’re doing to Admiral Mike Franken right now.

Just when you think you’ve seen the lowest low that Republicans are willing to go to, they always find a new way to shock and surprise.

They’ve attacked Mike for serving our country, saying he’s no longer an Iowan because his military service took him from state-to-state and country-to-country. They’ve called him a “radical socialist” who wants to take everyone’s guns away. But none of it has worked: The polls still show that Mike is right on Chuck Grassley’s heels and that we can finally send Grassley packing this November.
