There’s no sugarcoating it, folks: Americans pay an astronomical price for the prescription drugs they need.

There’s no reason why someone should have to choose between putting food on the table or paying for life-saving medication, but it’s a reality for far too many Americans.

That’s why Tammy and her colleagues fought hard to pass the Inflation Reduction Act in the Senate — legislation that will lower the cost of prescription drugs and health care for working families. And now, this historic bill is heading to President Biden’s desk.

But getting it across the finish line wasn’t easy.

Despite pleas from voters across the country to address unnecessarily high prescription drug costs, every single Republican senator — including Ron Johnson — voted against this bill. And we know why: They don’t want to upset the megadonors or shady special interests who sign their campaign checks.

Sell-out politicians like Ron Johnson are doing everything they can to block our progress. Help us defeat him and defend our Senate majority this November by chipping in now ahead of our mid-month deadline.

Our campaign is fighting to protect and expand our Senate majority so Tammy can continue to make progress for our working families. Thanks for supporting us along the way.
