Friend,

The Department of Justice confirmed this week that they are investigating allegations of obstruction of justice, criminal handling of government records and violations of The Espionage Act. My hunch is that there are probably more.

As this case continues to develop, the American public needs to know that Attorney General Merrick Garland and his colleagues at the Department of Justice are doing their job. They are following the rule of law and adhering to the Constitution without fear or favor. Yesterday, AG Garland gave a statement that was exactly what we needed to hear from our top nation’s law enforcement officer and I applaud him for it.
