The Inflation Reduction Act is on its way to President Biden's desk to be signed into law! I was proud to cast my vote for it today on the House floor.

Months of hard work and careful negotiating went into this bill. We've wound up with a bill that will fight inflation while protecting health care access, strengthening corporate taxes, and investing historic amounts into safeguarding our climate.

This is a major legislative win for the American people, who elected a Democratic Congress to work on these exact priorities. The GOP keeps saying that, given the chance, they would undo this progress and use a Republican House majority to attack abortion access, marriage equality, and other civil rights.
