Americans are still waiting for answers from the Biden-controlled FBI nearly 72 hours after they raided former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
This is unacceptable.
I’m a person who likes to have all the information before I jump to conclusions, but the most powerful arm of federal law enforcement continues to twiddle its thumbs and keep us in the dark.
The people deserve answers about what happened and why. The longer the FBI stays silent, the more it stinks to high heaven.
This stinky behavior comes at a time when many Americans are losing trust in their government and political leaders. After two years of COVID lockdowns and protocols that defied science and common sense, the CDC recently changed its mind. The bureaucrats in Washington expect us to roll with the punches and not say a word? Sorry, that’s not how democracy works. When government acts out or does something shady, it is our civic responsibility to ask questions and demand answers.
That’s what I’m doing when Congress spends too much money. That’s what I’m doing when the Pentagon refuses to tell us the truth about UFOs. And that’s what I’m doing now that the Justice Department is playing coy with the truth. We cannot be silent when our government abuses its power.
We are a nation built on the promise of equal justice under the law. And we must demand accountability when our government violates that principle.
