This is the DIFFERENCE between Republican and Democrat leadership – one leads to prosperity and the other leads to economic devastation. Arkansas recently reported a general revenue surplus of $1.628 billion in the 2022 fiscal year!

While Blue states deal with record crime, higher prices, and the long-term effects of unnecessary shutdowns; Arkansas’ surplus is making state history.

As I type this email, Governor Hutchinson and our Republican majority in the legislature have voted on using our $1.6 billion surplus to give taxpayers their money back!

That is what conservative leadership looks like.
