Please submit your signature sheets to local clerks as soon as possible. Friend, We are now heading into the first of just two more weekends' worth of signature drives. The time for urgency is now, and we need to keep our foot on the gas pedal because our sources have confirmed what we already suspected: Democrat activists, who keep trying to disrupt our signature drives, are planning to disrupt the business of local clerks. My understanding is that they are actively planning to cause even more mayhem, so it is crucial that you submit your signature forms to your local town clerk asap. We have less than two weeks to significantly add to our current totals. The Radical Left has launched an organized intimidation campaign, complete with an online sign-up page (view here) intended to send leftists to sign up for "shifts" meant to disrupt our signature drives this weekend. Remember, to find a signature drive location near you this weekend go to www.fairandsecurema.com. A sense of urgency must be our guide. Please make sure to submit your signature sheets, no matter how many signatures you've obtained, to your local clerk as soon as possible. As always, please email JM@MassGOP to request more forms or to submit any questions. Finally, I'd like to highlight some of the great work being done in the field by one of our volunteer teams. In Danvers, Republicans Jim Morose and Joe Anthony along with a team of others held a successful candidate meet-and-greet in a park outside the town library on Wednesday evening which doubled as a signature drive event. The Massachusetts Republican Party helped them promote it, and they collected several hundred new signatures during drive. As you know, the upcoming weekend will be Massachusetts' tax-free weekend, meaning the foot traffic at shopping plazas and outside grocery stores will be higher than usual. This is a prime opportunity for us. We need everyone to get out this weekend, gather signatures, and turn those sheets in to their local town clerk's office as quickly as possible. Again, it doesn't matter if you can only obtain three or four signatures from your household, every single signature counts, so please feel free to reach out to [email protected] to request forms.
