I’ll be honest, John. I’m stumped right now.
When Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan officially secured the DFL nomination for the general election on Tuesday, we saw a massive surge in online contributions. But over the past 24 hours, we’ve lost almost all of our momentum.
I would expect some day-to-day variation, but this is way below our projections. The deadline to become a Founding Donor of Tim and Peggy’s general election campaign is on Tuesday, and we still need 2,271 people to step up to hit our goal.
I just pulled your record, and it looks like we’re still missing you. Will you make a donation before the weekend to help us get back on track?

Prepared and paid for by Tim Walz for Governor
Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan have overcome unprecedented challenges to provide historic investments in education, create new, good-paying jobs, and increase access to health care. And with your help, they can defeat their extremist Republican opponents and continue to move our state forward, as one Minnesota. Can you pitch in $5 now to help them stop extremism and keep Minnesota in DFL hands?
