Friend --
Thanks to the generosity of everyday New Zealanders, we were able to initiate judicial proceedings against Trevor Mallard challenging his issue of a trespass notice on 28 April 2022.
Mr Mallard, following public pressure, withdrew the trespass notices against 5 persons on 4 May 2022.
Rt Hon Winston Peters claims that the Speaker’s actions were unlawful, unreasonable, and irrational and he will seek declarations from the Court to this effect.
Mr Peters considers the Speaker’s actions raisessignificant questions of importance in a democracyand those actions should be scrutinised by the High Court in a judicial review.
Though we will allow the judicial process to take its course - we still need the generosity of everyday New Zealanders to continue these proceedings.
We're asking you to assist us by sharing our 'Hold TrevorMallardto account' <[link removed]> page and to seek support from like minded New Zealanders who want to see our democracy upheld.

With so many threats to fair democracy and equal citizenship, we need to continue our efforts to make a stand against the likes of co-governance, unnecessary mandates, and unreasonable actions from those who hold power.
