The Oswego Cultural Arts Commission invites local artists to submit 2023 exhibit proposals for art to be displayed in Village Hall. Four shows will be featured in 2023: February, April, July and October. Individual artists, groups of artists, and curators both youth and adults, are invited to apply.?
Work will be selected by the Commission to highlight a diversity of artistic expression.
