In July, over 250 LGBTQ+ advocates came together from across the country to share strategies and skills, be in community, and celebrate Equality Federation’s 25th anniversary. Celebrate our 25th anniversary with a $25 gift to help build the state-based LGBTQ+ movement. 
 
Our first in-person Leadership Conference since 2019 was a powerful reminder that our community is strong because we work together. 

In 2022 alone, Equality Federation’s state partners have defeated over 280 anti-LGBTQ+ bills and have helped pass 66 pro-LGBTQ+ bills.

We know that winning equality and justice is a marathon, not a sprint. 
 
More and more, we are seeing hyper-local attacks on LGBTQ+ rights through local governments, school boards, and library councils. The greatest opportunities for victories to improve the lives of LGBTQ+
people are in the states—where the work is hard but the impact is great.
