My campaign has challenged Chuck Grassley to four debates – one in each of Iowa’s congressional districts – but so far…*crickets*
I even stopped by Grassley’s office to hand deliver a letter and make sure he had no excuse for the invitation being misplaced. We've heard nothing from him, because Chuck Grassley is in self-protection mode; he is afraid.
Chuck Grassley doesn’t want to answer for why he voted against a bipartisan gun bill – and then took blood money from the NRA.
He doesn’t want to be held accountable for voting against a bipartisan January 6th commission, or explain why he said he was going to preside over the electoral count instead of Mike Pence…
He desperately wants to avoid talking about why he takes millions from Big Pharma, then votes against allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices.
And something tells me he definitely isn’t going to show up and finally answer questions about supporting a national ban on abortion, a ban on bill control, or how he’ll vote on codifying same-sex marriage.
I’m ready to hold Chuck Grassley accountable for his voting record. We’re the first campaign to ever out-raise him – and his approval numbers are cratering to the lowest they’ve ever been.
