[1]Beto O'Rourke
John,
We're coming up on the halfway mark of our 49-day, more than 5,600 mile
Drive for Texas, which is taking Beto back to more than 65 counties for
over 75 events this summer.
We’re going to share a few highlights from our first 24 days on the road
in a moment, but first, we want to ask: [ [link removed] ]Will you chip in
$3 right now to help us power the second half of our Drive
for Texas and keep Beto on the road?
When Beto showed up in Rockdale last Friday, he became the first
gubernatorial candidate to visit the community since the 1960s! That’s
where we met some incredible folks like Natalia who has been going door to
door in Spanish and English to register voters in her community. This is
the exact kind of organizing and dedication that's going to ensure we have
the votes to defeat Greg Abbott.

Everywhere we're going, we're hearing from lifelong Republicans about why
they're supporting Beto in this election. In Madisonville, Beto heard from
an educator who said "I haven’t voted for a Democrat for governor in Texas
ever — but I will this year." He’s supporting Beto because Beto supports
teachers and has a plan to improve public education.

In Waxahachie, we had a space booked for 250 people but had to move
outside onto the street because more than 1,200 folks showed up for what a
longtime reporter from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram called a "block-long
crowd." Can you spot Beto,
John?

Every single day we're meeting teachers, nurses, ranchers, doctors,
students, parents, Republicans, Democrats, first-time voters,
Independents, and every Texan in between who are supporting Beto because
they are ready to overcome Greg Abbott’s extremism and move our state
forward.
Beto is showing up for people who have been ignored by Abbott for years.
He is putting in the work each day, but winning on November 8th all
depends on having the resources to build the largest organizing program in
Texas history.
[ [link removed] ]John, will
you make a $3 contribution to help keep Beto on the road
and make sure we have the resources necessary to reach voters in all of
Texas’ 254 counties?
