Dear John,
It is now more important than ever that Massachusetts residents learn how to peacefully coexist with coyotes. These adaptable and intelligent animals have increased in numbers in recent years, and their ability to thrive in densely populated areas has led to more encounters between coyotes and people than ever before.
We’re counting on you to help lead the way in implementing simple and proven methods to help reduce conflicts with coyotes. We’re also hoping you will spread the word with us by educating your friends and family.
Coyotes are valuable members of our state’s ecosystem, and it is the responsibility of all of us to learn how to humanely coexist with these amazing animals. Doing so is in the best interest of people and their pets—and coyotes.
Take our Coexist with Coyotes Pledge! And visit the MSPCA's Coexist with Coyotes webpage to learn more about these incredible animals, watch our public service announcement video, and request informational pamphlets to distribute in your community.
Join us in helping to make Massachusetts a leader in humane coexistence with coyotes. Take the pledge now!
