Using OpenVPB for phone banking:
- You will need a telephone and a laptop or tablet device with access to the internet to phone bank.
- If you don’t already have an ActionID, go to https://accounts.ngpvan.com/Account/RegisterPrivate to create an account.
- Go to https://www.openvpb.com/VirtualPhoneBank to begin.
- Use the following Virtual Phone Bank Codes:

- Phone banking is available from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM daily.
