The current Supreme Court is going rogue as it pushes their personal extremist beliefs onto the American people. After overturning abortion rights, Justice Clarence Thomas suggested in his concurring opinion that contraceptives and same-sex marriage could be next. To prevent that from happening, we must enshrine fundamental rights into federal law so that they cannot be overturned.
The House has already passed the Respect for Marriage Act, which would enshrine marriage equality for all races and genders. Now it's up to the Senate to pass the bill and protect marriage equality for all Americans.

The U.S. House passed the Respect for Marriage Act, legislation to federally protect same-sex and interracial marriages.
The freedom to marry the person you love is a fundamental right that a vast majority of Americans support. However, with the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade, and with Clarence Thomas writing that other privacy rights such as marriage equality may be next, the threat to our fundamental rights is very real.
In order to protect our freedoms, the U.S. Senate must pass the Respect for Marriage Act and codify our right to marriage into federal law.
