Unfortunately, there are many people who have no time to exercise...
Or they are too tired to start...
 
That's how Jason and Jackie were... 
 
They even bought my workout programs, but never did a workout...
 
But the letter I received from them a few days ago surprised me so
much that I decided to share it with you, so read it below as Jackie

but we never used it until a few weeks ago, after Jackie has already

Here's our story!

We actually met much later in life, and we quickly discovered that
like most, we constantly battled to keep the pounds off our entire

During some restless nights, I'd see Jackie raiding the fridge for a
midnight snack .... other nights it would be me doing the same
thing...

The feeling of desperation turned into frustration as it seemed that
everything we tried just wouldn't work for either of us ..
 
Jackie really wanted to go to the reunion, but at the same time she
felt terrified to see her old HS classmates after all of the extra lbs
we'd both put on. 

But...after continuous convincing on my part, we decided to go.
 
While we were there, we ran into one of Jackie's old friends, Cindy,
whom I must admit looked absolutely amazing.

You see Cindy had been one of those at school that always struggled
with her weight. I could see Jackie was really uncomfortable which was
