Dear Friend, 

Devin Nunes, the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee,
spent his time in the impeachment hearings trying to smear witnesses and
sow confusion about the evidence.

Now we've learned that Nunes himself played a big part in the attempt to
pressure Ukraine to launch an investigation into Trump's political
rival.(1)

Nunes is more than just a partisan Republican eager to defend the
indefensible. He has actively sabotaged efforts to investigate
intelligence breaches and risked national security in the furtherance of
Donald Trump's whims. He needs to be investigated by Congress immediately.

The entirety of the House's articles of impeachment revolves around
Trump's attempt to force Ukraine to launch an investigation into former
Vice President Joe Biden. Trump threatened to withhold military aid if the
country didn't comply, a corrupt abuse of power.(2)

Now we know that Nunes did everything possible to assist Trump's scheme.

Records show that Nunes spent $60,000 in taxpayer money to fly to Europe,
allegedly to convince Ukraine to dig up dirt on the Bidens.(3)

And this year, phone records show that Nunes worked with Lev Parnas -- the
Ukraine “fixer” indicted for receiving illegal donations from Russia -- to
smear key impeachment witness Marie Yovanovitch, U.S. Ambassador to
Ukraine.(4)

There's no way around it: If the latest allegations against Nunes are
proven to be true, he should be investigated for criminal charges and
expulsion from Congress.
