Notice of adopted rules for Paid Family and Medical Leave
On August 8, 2022, the Leave and Care Division filed a CR-103 and adopted rules to implement Substitute Senate Bill 5649, which passed during the 2022 legislative session. The adopted rules address collective bargaining agreement exemptions, postnatal period, and leave taken for the death of a child.
