Hi, John.
Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan officially won the DFL nomination last night, and I wanted to make sure you saw that you have until Tuesday, August 16 to become a founding donor to their general election campaign.
This is already one of the closest governor’s races in the entire country. We need to ramp up fast if we’re going to beat Scott Jensen and Matt Birk, and reaching our goal of 4,500 Founding General Election Donors by next Tuesday’s deadline would put us in a strong position out of the gate.
If you can, please stand with Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan and make a contribution of any amount that works for you tonight.

Prepared and paid for by Tim Walz for Governor
Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan have overcome unprecedented challenges to provide historic investments in education, create new, good-paying jobs, and increase access to health care. And with your help, they can defeat their extremist Republican opponents and continue to move our state forward, as one Minnesota. Can you pitch in $5 now to help them stop extremism and keep Minnesota in DFL hands?
