Hi John, my name is Susan Webber, and I represent Montana’s 8th State House
District. I’m also a proud member of the Blackfeet Nation and the Native
community here in Montana.

Voting rights have been a hot-button issue over the last few years, but no
group has been impacted by voter suppression more than our Native communities.
We experience barriers that many other Americans aren’t familiar with, such as
voting from PO boxes instead of home addresses, and as a result, our concerns
oftentimes are overlooked.

If we don’t win this fall, and deny Republicans a supermajority in the Montana
House, voting rights will become even more restrictive, and vote by mail will
likely be nixed. We can’t keep failing our Native communities and those unable
to vote in traditional manners. We have to fight back.

So I’m asking you to support Montana Democrats by chipping in $20 today to
help me and my friends at the Montana Democratic Party continue the fight for
expansive voting rights in Montana.

Thank you for joining this fight. Together, we can finally secure long-lasting
solutions that allow all Americans the ability to vote in a convenient and
simple manner.
