The federal government is drunk with power. We’re fighting back.

John,

After the recent abuse of power by the FBI, gun owners have every reason in
the world to be distrustful of the federal government.

The same FBI that just raided the home of the White House’s political opponent
now wants to “review” gun permit records of private citizens.

During a Senate hearing this week, the FBI Director refused to answer
questions as to why the FBI wants to collect sensitive information on concealed
carry permit holders.

Federal agencies like the FBI and the ATF that are waging war on your
constitutional rights MUST be stopped.

That’s why Gun Owners Foundation has SUED the ATF over its proposed “Ghost
Gun” and “Gun Registry Final Rule,” which is slated to take effect THIS MONTH.

In fact, GOF’s attorneys are preparing for a hearing in the U.S. District
Court for the District of North Dakota in less than two weeks. We are asking
the judge to stop the new rule from going into effect.

This rule imposes near-universal gun owner registration and restricts the
ability to make your own guns at home – a tradition which is older than our
Republic.

Your support will keep us in the fight – no matter how long it takes – now
that anti-gun federal agencies have become drunk with power.

Please make a tax-deductible contribution to Gun Owners Foundation’s Legal
Defense Fund for our legal battle against the tyrannical ATF.

Last month, the ATF showed up at a gun owner’s home in Delaware demanding
information on his firearms, apparently without a warrant.

Luckily, the entire confrontation with the ATF was caught on video to open
Americans’ eyes to the tyranny of these federal agents.

But it’s not just the ATF and the FBI that gun owners should be worried about…

Congress just voted on legislation that adds 87,000 IRS agents to their
rosters.

The recent ban on “assault weapons” that passed the House and now heads to the
Senate exempts IRS agents, among other bureaucrats, from this ban.

That’s right – these firearms that have been called “weapons of war” by
anti-gun members of Congress can still be owned and used by tax collectors, but
not taxpaying citizens like you.

Why do anti-gunners insist that hundreds of thousands of IRS agents need
so-called “weapons of war?”

I’ll let you draw your own conclusions, John.

Anti-gunners have become deeply entrenched in our federal government. And the
best way to fight back is to rein in the tyrants at the ATF.

Our lawsuit aims to accomplish exactly that. But we can ONLY win with your
sustained support.

So please, make a tax-deductible contribution to Gun Owners Foundation’s Legal
Defense Fund for our legal battle against the tyrannical ATF.
