It’s no secret that midterm elections can be challenging for the Party holding the White House. We expect 2022 will be no different, but the latest forecast from FiveThirtyEight shows the odds of Democrats keeping House control have gone up by 8 points in the past three weeks.

The American people are appalled by the GOP’s actions on reproductive rights, and it’s clear to everyone they’re dead set on laying the groundwork for Donald Trump’s return.

Here in CA-41, Democrat Will Rollins was already in a strong position to flip the district -- a “must win” race for Democrats. His Trump-endorsed, Republican opponent Ken Calvert is vulnerable, and these new numbers from FiveThirtyEight make it clear he’s headed for the toughest general election fight of his career.

CA-41 is a rare opportunity to both expand the Democrats’ House majority and defeat a Trump-backed extremist. Now that we are in the general election, we need to strengthen our on-the-ground team and turn out as many Democrats as possible and get Will’s message out.
