Max Rose vs. Nicole Malliotakis
- Max has kept his promise to never accept corporate PAC or federal lobbyist money, because he knows how it corrupts leaders.
- In Congress, Max voted to codify Roe v. Wade, and since the Supreme Court’s decision to end Roe, he has held multiple rallies urging Congress to act fast to make Roe federal law.
- Max worked across the aisle in Congress to introduce and pass a bill to crack down on dangerous “ghost guns” to keep our streets and children safer.
- Max voted to impeach President Trump because he knew it was the right thing to do, even if it cost him his seat.
- In just this election, Nicole has funded her campaign with almost $150,000 from corporate PACs and federal lobbyists.
- Nicole voted against codifying Roe v Wade and called pro-choice legislation “barbaric.” Recently, she voted against protection from criminal prosecution for women and girls who are forced to cross state lines to receive abortion care.
- Nicole proved that she is to the right of even Mitch McConnell when she voted against the bipartisan gun safety bill in June.
- Nicole has stood by former President Trump at every turn, representing Trump’s agenda in Congress instead of her constituents. She answered Trump’s call and broke her oath of office by voting to decertify the 2020 Presidential Election.
