Friend,
Drug prices in the United States are absurd -- Americans pay some of the most expensive rates for medication across the entire world.
But talk alone isn't enough. Those who find it difficult to obtain lifesaving medicines don't need sympathetic words. They need action. I'm proud to have fought to lower the cost of medication and need your help to continue doing so.
That's why I'm so glad the House of Representatives is moving forward on legislation to reduce the cost of prescription drugs.
I've been fighting to reduce the cost of prescriptions but I know my work is far from over. Will you donate today to my 2020 re-election campaign so I can continue working for you by reducing drug costs and defending your health care?

Prescription drug prices have skyrocketed in the United States over the past decade. Americans on average pay $1,200 per person annually for prescription drugs. Also, a quarter of Americans have difficulty affording their prescriptions.
I'm committed to not only reducing drug prices for Floridians, but also continuing to make health care more accessible and affordable. But SIX Republicans are challenging me next year and this race could go any number of ways.
I'm afraid that if one of those six challengers wins in 2020, and the Republicans retake the House, Floridians' health care could be in grave danger. Will you help me continue the fight by making a quick contribution?

Thanks for all that you do,
