The heat wave that’s gripped much of Pennsylvania and the East Coast this past month is just one more proof point that the effects of climate change are already upon us. But with the Senate’s recent passage of the biggest federal climate package in U.S. history, we finally have a chance to protect our children and grandchildren’s future.

Over the last decade, support from members like you enabled us to make major investments in electing environmental champions across the state and fighting back against toxic, pro-polluter legislation in Harrisburg. This year, we have endorsed dozens of pro-environment candidates, mobilized thousands of Pennsylvanians around federal climate change legislation, and spent countless hours lobbying in Harrisburg for clean energy, environmental protection, and public health.


Donors like you helped us to mount a massive federal advocacy campaign that resulted in a bold infrastructure package AND the biggest climate bill in U.S history, which will help to fight climate change and environmental racism while creating good paying, union jobs.


And in Harrisburg, we secured bipartisan support for game-changing investments in conservation funding in the state budget. This long overdue support will help reduce maintenance backlogs in our state parks, preserve farmland, improve the quality of our rivers, and clean up abandoned mines.


But we’re not done yet. With the upcoming election, it is now more important than ever to come together and make our voices heard.
