New sworn testimony has uncovered that the FBI never conducted a thorough investigation of accusations against Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearings to the Supreme Court.
Congress must right this wrong—and impeach Kavanaugh in order to fully investigate his lies and the cases of sexual assault.
FBI Director Christopher Wray admitted under oath in front of the Senate that the Trump White House controlled the tip line during Kavanaugh’s confirmation, and that they decided which leads the FBI would further investigate in regards to various allegations of sexual assualt against Kavanaugh.1 The FBI received more than 4,500 tips about him,2 which must be fully examined.
This confirms what many critics already claimed: A rigged process, directed by Trump, blocked a legitimate investigation that denied due process to the brave women who brought forth accusations, and gave us Justice Kavanaugh, who has solidified an extreme right-wing bloc on this illegitimate packed court that overturned Roe v. Wade.
With this new evidence, it's time for Congress to discover the truth with a thorough impeachment investigation.

Kavanaugh's hurried confirmation, the White House’s interference in the investigation of sexual assault, and the failure of the FBI to properly look into the evidence all contributed to Kavanaugh joining a right-wing bloc on a court that has been packed by Republican power grabs. This court is illegitimate—and it is strikingly out-of-step with the American public. We must work to rebalance the court by expanding it, reforming it, and holding accountable those who sit on it.
