Across the country state legislatures are targeting trans people. Trans youth are being denied access to gender affirming therapy as well as access to bathrooms and sports that align with their gender identity.
More than half of transgender youth have contemplated suicide. This is a crisis and the lives of these youth are at risk.
In response, Democrats in Congress have introduced a Trans Bill of Rights to protect trans and non-binary people against discrimination. It ensures access to their fundamental human rights.
Republicans and the extremist Supreme Court are threatening the fundamental rights of the trans community. Hateful, transphobic attacks across the country are on the rise.
We are standing up and saying ENOUGH.
The Trans Bill of Rights provides protections for transgender and non-binary people, ensuring they are not discriminated against or persecuted for their gender identity and expression.
Hope will never be silent.
