In just a minute, I’m going to ask you to split a contribution between my campaign and the campaign of my colleague Mark Kelly.

But first, please give me a chance to explain why exactly it’s so important that we support Mark and keep his voice in the Senate.

Mark is a former NASA astronaut, and like me, one of the few engineers in the United States Senate. He’s all about using science, data, and facts to find solutions to the difficult problems facing Arizona and our entire country.

But experts agree — Mark is facing one of the toughest re-election fights in the country this November. CNN recently named Arizona one of the most likely Senate seats to flip in 2022, and political trackers have called the race a “toss-up.”

The GOP has made it clear that defeating Mark Kelly and taking back this seat is a top priority in 2022, and he needs our help to fight back against whatever National Republicans throw at him heading into November.

Mark’s opponent has the full endorsement and support of Donald Trump, and he’s going to be backed up by millions of dollars in Super PAC spending from Mitch McConnell and National Republicans.

Mark can beat back these attacks, win this race, and hold the Senate for Democrats — just like he did in 2020. But the reality is, he cannot do it alone. So I am asking you directly:

Can you please split a contribution between my campaign and Mark Kelly’s re-election campaign in Arizona? Mark’s not taking a dime of corporate PAC money, so he’s counting on our support today to defend this seat.
