You can have a tremendous impact on this election.

We’re so proud to work on a campaign for a veteran that cares about fellow veterans.

But see, unlike John, who supports the PACT Act, his opponent Tony Gonzales turned his back on his fellow veterans and voted against the PACT Act.

Can you make a $3 contribution to John’s campaign to help him make Tony a one-term congressman?

Tony Gonzales accepted $6,000 from the NRA

If you've stored your info with ActBlue Express, we'll process your contribution instantly to John Lira:

As a United States Marine who served two combat tours in Iraq, John is familiar with the massive gaping burn pits used on operating bases — as well as the thick noxious smoke that blanketed everything in its radius while biohazards like amputated limbs, batteries, and more were incinerated in the open pits.

Burn pit toxins are our generation’s “Agent Orange” — and the consequence of their exposure looms large for millions of veterans.

One of John’s battle buddies died of cancer due to burn pit exposure less than a year ago. He met Franco Pacheco during his 2nd deployment to Iraq in 2005.

Now, his battle is John’s battle. We can count on John to fight for veterans to receive the care they need.

Unlike John, Tony Gonzales betrayed America’s military men and women when he voted NO on the PACT Act — and veterans are angry.

This is one of the most competitive and expensive races. Tony Gonzales might have turned his back on our veterans, but he has nearly $2 million in his campaign war chest, and could drop an attack ad against John at any moment.

That’s where you come in. Can you contribute $3 before midnight tomorrow and stand with John and our campaign’s efforts mobilizing voters across Texas?

Your contribution today will have a tremendous impact on November’s election. Thanks for adding yours in if you can.

We can do this,
