In an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, Liz Cheney said point-blank what we’ve been thinking for years: that Kevin McCarthy is more interested in becoming Speaker than defending the Constitution. That he’s embraced Republicans who are antisemetic and white-supremacists for the sole purpose of seizing the Speaker’s gavel come November. 
 
John, we CANNOT let that happen. Right now, Republicans have broken out into two camps: those who pledge their loyalties to Trump, and those who remain steadfast to the Constitution. Kevin McCarthy has chosen the former.
