FIRST: We shattered records the day Amy launched this campaign, a resounding sign that Kentucky is more than ready to put an end to Mitch McConnell’s corruption and obstruction in D.C.

THEN: We crushed Mitch in fundraising in our first official FEC report, logging nearly 300,000 grassroots donations and proving that we’re building this campaign the right way: one person at a time.

NOW: We think we have a chance to do something unheard of—we can close the fundraising gap with Mitch before 2020 even begins, if everyone on this grassroots team steps up:

Leveling the playing field with a 35-year incumbent would be a truly wild accomplishment, team. It certainly won’t be easy—after all, the networks of special-interest allies Mitch has built up over 35 years are probably writing checks as I write this email. They’ve been keeping a close eye on us, and now that they’ve seen how strong we are, they’re circling the wagons to protect him and this seat.

That’s why it’s so, so important that when we close the books on 2019, we are able to show everybody watching this race that we’re not just here to compete: We’re here to make 2020 Mitch McConnell’s last year ever in the U.S. Senate.
