I wanted to talk to you about the monumental victory that happened here in Kansas just last week.

The extremist anti-choice ballot measure, which would have given state legislators a starting point to ban abortions statewide even in cases of rape or incest, failed with Kansas voters!

Make no mistake: This is a major VICTORY for Kansans in protecting our existing rights. And it shows just how out of step the far-right is with Kansas voters.

While dark money groups were pushing this measure as the route to a total abortion ban statewide, voters instead responded to Governor Kelly’s and my message of protecting our fundamental rights.

Now, we need you to help us use this momentum to continue their losing streak through November.
