After failed attempts in Congress to repeal the Affordable Care Act without an alternative plan, the Trump Administration and Washington Republicans now support a lawsuit led by our home state of Texas that would overturn the ACA in its entirety, including protections for those with pre-existing conditions.

In 2018, health care was the number one issue that drove voters to the polls. It's still a hugely important issue for the millions of Texans who enrolled in health care insurance plans under the ACA and are at risk of losing coverage.

Bring down the cost of premiums and prescription drugs
Improve our healthcare system and increase choices for consumers
