I wanted to take a moment to let you know why your financial support is critical as we near our mid-month reporting deadline.
In 2020, Turn Texas Blue PAC spent thousands of dollars on radio, internet, and other outreach across nearly 90 counties in East & West Texas.
While 2020 was a poor year for many Democrats in Texas, we succeeded in helping push 11% of Evangelical Christian Republicans toward Democrats in 11 counties in East Texas, and helped increase Black voter turnout in one East Texas County by over 40 percent. In West Texas, we helped increase Democratic base voter turnout in more than a dozen counties.
We must replicate—and build on—that success to help Beto O’Rourke win this November.
