John —
Donald Trump has been talking about me a lot more lately. Several times in just the past few weeks. In Arizona, where he held a rally to boost MAGA candidates. At the America First Agenda Summit in Washington, DC. On Newsmax, and more. He continues to all but announce his next presidential campaign and paint me as a villain to his tens of millions of loyal followers.
I'm used to it, of course, but let me explain what these petty insults actually do, and why we cannot allow them to go unchallenged.
Moments after Trump spews his latest lie, his loyal followers repeat his claims in a reverberating social media echo chamber. The Fox News Misinformation Machine spins his claims endlessly on cable news. And they curate a controversy with me as the scapegoat to continuously undermine our democracy, the rule of law, and our elections.
Personally, I can take it. He’s a small man. A twice-impeached, utterly disgraced, one-term president. But when the right-wing narrative is left untouched, it spirals out of control — and then right-wing candidates and media apply it to every Democrat running in a competitive race nationwide. And that's why we can't turn the other cheek.
It’s not about me. It’s about vilifying every single Democrat who will stand up to him, and every Democrat running, especially in the most competitive states where Trump still refuses to accept his 2020 election defeat.
John, I'm personally asking for your support today so that we can respond to Trump's attacks, take on the entire right-wing misinformation campaign, and mount a vigorous defense of our House Majority immediately. Are you in?

Thanks for taking this issue seriously. Considering how sinister the GOP’s political agenda is, we can’t afford to laugh off their attacks. We must hold them accountable and take action to ensure voters know the truth.
