Hey, it’s Scott Kelly here, Mark’s brother.

Back in the Navy, Mark and I were both pilots. We were also pretty competitive.

I was a fighter pilot — I flew the F-14 Tomcat. And I gotta say, it was really cool.

Mark was an attack pilot — he flew the A-6 Intruder. Not quite as cool, but still critical to the mission.

I used to say Mark’s plane looked like a flying chicken leg. But he’d always tell me this:

“Fighter pilots make movies. Attack pilots make history.”

It’s a good joke, but it gets to something deeper about Mark.

He isn’t big on flash. He’s not in this for himself. He’s a hard worker, and for Mark, the mission always comes first.

Whether it was in the Navy, at NASA, his support of Gabby, or his work reaching across the aisle in the Senate, Mark puts his family, the people of Arizona, and this country ahead of everything. He’s exactly the kind of leader we need.

So, that’s why I’m reaching out and hoping you’ll be able to chip in for him today.

He just found out who his general election opponent is, and millions of dollars are being spent against him right now. We’ve gotta make sure he has the resources he needs to fight back and defend this seat.
