The state is putting us on notice
|
California is laying down the law with to rein in San Francisco's housing obstructionism. Today the state of California rejected San Francisco's first draft of the "Housing Element", a plan for how and where SF will build housing for the next 8 years. The state gave SF a long list of additional corrections necessary to be in compliance, due in January. Additionally, California will put San Francisco under special investigation for killing housing with excessive barriers and process.
