Together, in just six weeks, the Labour movement has achieved so much.

It's been six weeks of doorknocking, donating, phone banking, speeches, rallies, debates, sharing messages online, campaigning, travelling around the country, joining mass calls, leafletting, record breaking, our incredible operation to get out the vote today and most importantly giving hope to people who have been left behind for far too long.

So thank you to the thousands of you who got involved, whether you convinced your mates, or your whole street, whether you called, donated or posted online - it puts us at the heart of a movement created by real people, who want to see real change.

You've done the Labour movement proud, and we can't thank you enough for that.
