Did you see this, John? The Supreme Court is set to hear a case on the GOP’s independent state legislature theory, and it could have big consequences for democracy:

Will the Supreme Court give state houses total control over federal elections?” with quote In Moore v. Harper, the court could rule that state legislatures — and only state legislatures — have a say over how federal elections are run.

The good news is we’re not waiting around to find out. We’ve got a 3-pronged plan to defend our democracy that doesn’t depend on the Supreme Court — but we need your help to get the job done.
