Frank’s opponent has made it clear she’s against  *all* of the progress we’ve made for folks in the First District over the past year. The infrastructure projects, investments in our steel and manufacturing industries, and funding for community organizations and public schools — all pivotal resources that the Republican nominee would vote against.
