It was recently announced that over $198 million will be invested to construct a carbon capture plant in Ascension Parish to significantly reduce carbon emissions at the largest ammonia production facility in the world.

To achieve our goal of net zero emissions by 2050, Louisiana must simultaneously increase new clean energy investments and decrease current greenhouse gas emissions through projects like this one.

Will you chip in $25 to support advocacy efforts to ensure a green future for Louisiana? ([link removed])

Not only will the carbon capture facility have a positive, lasting impact on our environment, but it will also bring in new jobs that pay an average salary of $100,000 per year, plus benefits.

Companies across our state are committed to sustainability and it is encouraging that other industry leaders are recognizing that decarbonization is good for both our economy and our climate.

Can I count on you to chip in $25 to help further advocacy efforts to reach net zero by 2050? ([link removed])

With hope for our future,
