The August 23rd election is just two weeks away and Ruth’s List is supporting 38 Democratic pro-choice women in state and local races across Florida — from school board to state legislature. Our regional chapters and volunteers on the ground are busy knocking on doors and talking to voters, but we need your help to get our women candidates across the finish line.
I don’t have to tell you that our reproductive freedom is on the ballot, and we must send a clear message, just as voters in Kansas did last week. With our votes, we can show Florida Republicans that we will NOT sit by silently while our rights are taken from us.
Ruth’s List is the only organization in Florida fighting to elect Democratic pro-choice women who will stop the attacks on our freedoms and champion abortion rights at the state level.
The election in two weeks will set the stage for November, and we must make our voices heard at the polls.
